They're always so friendly there and so courteous!! My sandwiches are made with love ?? and ???? perfection!! Ask for what you... want like the extras like I do because I am taking the meals to the field and have the sandwiches cut in half, extra napkins ineach bag, each sandwich put in its own bag and condiments too. So as you see this can be a little much!! In turn, when I pay mybill, there's a place for a tip and I pay those service workers well!! Please tip these workers because I know they'reoverlooked!! Save your money. Nearly $20 for a lasagna that you have to microwave yourself, that is listed as $8 on their previous... menu. Stop by kroger and get a frozen one and you can rent a movie and get garlic bread for the same price that tastes the same-- if not better. Read more

Very disappointing at best. Our half gallon spaghetti only had enough sauce for half the noodles. The garlic bread was so... skinny, it was more like a bread stick. To top it all off, I had a long hair in the noodles. Read more

I grew up eating Here definitely sad to see the prices be inflated so high most people in the town can't even afford it anymore... I hope they don't end up having to close this location because of inflation. Read more

I wish all la gondola locations were like the bartonville, Illinois location. Got food from the Pekin, Illinois location and my... goodness what a difference and not in a good way. The spaghetti was great, hence the 2 stars but the bread in garlic ot torpedoform was so still and didn't seem fresh but very different from the bartonville location. This was awful and reheating wasworse. Can the locations coordinate? Read more

Spent some money on a feast for a rehearsal dinner last Friday. Food was ready when we arrived on time, they loaded it all in... the van. Seemed great until we removed the lid of the lasagna and saw the entire pan was very overcooked, cheese and edges wereblackened. When we cut through it and started serving we could see the entire bottom layer was burnt, the meat texture overdoneand dry. Very disappointed they would let that obviously overcooked food leave their store for an event. The pan cost $95. Before you pay for your food, take a look at it. If I had known, I would have left that there. Read more
