Very quick and personable. It was understaffed. But the one person who was working was very fast and got my food to me fast.

Oh boy,here we go again, ordered a take out pizza and bread sticks about 6 p.m., get there to p/u at 6:35, told it would be done... in 15 minutes, but waited over a half an hour.My wife went in to pay and get our order of $22.65, still no pizza made at 6:55,told my wife to cancel order, have to wait 24 hours to receive a refund, finally walked off premises at 7:10 p.m., lost mybusiness yet another incompetent business here in Pekin! They said they forgot to make it?!?!)! Go to small owned businesses inPekin not large corporations whom don't give a darn about you or their service. Add little Ceasers, Dairy Queen Brazier, TacoBell, Kentucky Fried Chicken, the 4 Top Worst Restaurant Businesses here in Pekin. Read more

It's little Caesars, if you want cheap good pizza this is the place. The reason for the 1 star is that they use Door dash, even... when ordering through their website, and this is not told to you. Just put something on your website that says "powered by doordash" or something, so I can keep my phone on me when they inevitably get lost and need directions Read more
This is my 1st review ever. I showedup after my pizza was suppose to be ready and inside the portal. It wasn't in there even... though i came 5 minutes AFTER the latest possible time on the app. No workers would acknowledge me even though 2 were at thecounter. So i stood at the cash register and the worker walked away without saying a word and left me standing there. After Iwatched her walk around aimlessly in the back a different girl finally came up to the cash register and looked at me silentlywith an annoyed expression on her face. I said "I'm a bit late for my portal pickup, but there's nothing in the tower" sheasked me for my name and then walked away. One of my pizzas was in a box sitting on the counter for probably over 10 minutes andthe other was in the oven. If one worker had at least said "Sorry about your wait" or even acknowledged me or the situation,Then I would feel so much better. But once my pizza was finally ready I saw a girl carry it to the counter so I walked up to thecounter and stood directly in front of her. She completely ignored me, and took my already cold pizza and started to put it intothe portal even though I was standing face to face with her. Another customer was at the portal looking confused and not knowingwhat to do but no worker helped her out and since I had already been waiting so long I asked "Can u please just hand it to me?"And without even looking at me she says "I have to put it in here." So now I was stuck behind this other person and the workerthen disappears to the back. No worker ever said "Welcome to Little Ceasars", or "Thanks for coming" or "May I help you?" or"Have a nice night" or "Sorry for the wait.". I felt like I was inconveniencing the workers by buying food at their restaurant.Just a basic bare minimum of customer service training would make such a huge difference at this place. For the price it's hard to beat a hot and ready sausage pizza and some crazy bread. A meal you can easily eat twice off of for... less than 9 bucks, hard to beat that. I don't usually enjoy chain shop pizza, however for some reason I personally enjoy LittleCaesars, always have so I might be biased. Read more
