Watched my food sit there in the bag for about 10 minutes straight while I also watched the workers play on their phone, and... trying to fix her broken necklace which could have waited. You can see me in the window getting frustrated because it?s takingup my break time and she still didn?t hand me my food. By now my food is not fresh and I?m sure the line is super backed up.Sure was when I got there there was no cars by the time I left cars were almost to the entrance. Just because they wanna play ontheir phones and fix their necklace???????????it just blows my mind because they seen me sitting there waiting the whole time,even made eye contact but couldn?t think to bring me my food. Currently the workers are really polite and usually they don't try to rush you through your order I usually prefer this location... of McDonald's in Pekin over the other. Read more

Customer service sucked nobody waited on us we stood there for 10 minutes before we chose to use the kiosk to other people... showed up and stood there without being helped they decided to leave another person walked in one of the other customers in herehad to yell at the employees that there's people at thefront counter and then they had an attitude when they came up. then theyhad a call some chick from the back to come up and do her job cuz she wasn't doing her job. My hubby was out driving around and got take out from McDonald's. I was hungry for a fillet of fish, hot fries and a diet Coke.... It had been a long time since I've had a fish sandwich. The white fish in the fish fillet is wild caught Alaskan Pollock fromthe Bering Sea. It is a certified sustainable seafood. Very clean, white, good tasting fish fillet. I forgot how yummy theyare. Will be back to get another one when I get hungry for a fish sandwich! Read more
