Ordered pizza at 803pm when I called the person who answered the phone obviously must?ve been a Call Center Not even a local... person answering the phone. But that?s OK I get it when my order was done I was promised the pizza would be there in 30 minutesand two hours later the delivery driver pulls up smelling like weed laughing when I said this pizza is almost 2 hours late.Crazy I get it, good help is hard to fine but $70 for three pizzas that are two hours late no thank you. Ordered our food at 5:15PM on a Wednesday night and had to call 90 minutes later when our food didn?t show up and Dawn at that... location said it was on its way. Then a few minutes later we get a call from her at 6:50 saying the delivery driver took ourfood to a completely different town that is not even in their service area and delivered the food and they accepted it and stoleour food so unless you have all night to wait for your food, do not order delivery. Apparently they can?t read and enteraddresses in correctly on their gps system.. Luckily Dawn was nice enough to remake the order and send it back out and refund usas well but this is ridiculous and I?m sure we will probably be waiting another 90+ minutes for THAT delivery. A lot of thenegative reviews for this location are about the delivery time and the owners/managers clearly are not fixing the issues withintheir store. GET IT TOGETHER! Read more
Ordered about 5:30pm we live 10 minutes from the place. Tracked our order, it stated it was delivered that's funny my ring... doorbell didn't go off. No pizza. Called the store about my order they remade it, will be delivered 15 minutes 6:50pm I mighthave my pizza. If this is how this pizza place is ran no wonder Peyton Manning stopped doing commercials for you. If a managercan't answer a call cause they are short staffed then train your people with the proper training to handle the situation. Read more
I ordered 15 different pizza's for a party at work. KUDOS to the staff on the morning of 1/27/22... Every pizza was excellent... and the whole crowd here at work, ate well.. My husband placed an order with them at 12:45. The first driver took 45 minutes to get it to our house, but went to the wrong... house and gave them the order instead of us. When he called Papa Johns the manager was the only one in the store and she madeour order again. Then she had to wait for a Door Dash person to deliver it. That took an additional 45 minutes. They didn?t evenoffer to give us a credit on our next order, or not charge us for the order. This is unacceptable. We will not be ordering fromhere for a long time. Read more
Ordered a pizza at 330pm for delivery. At 4pm I got the wrong pizza. So I called and was told the correct one will be right out.... Over an hour later i called to find out where my pizza was and I was told the replacement was sent to the wrong address and theyhad to make it again. The manager I talked to seem irritated that I called again. So I finally get the correct pizza sometimeafter 6pm and it was cold. I filed a formal complaint and the area manager reached out to me. I told them what happened and Iwas told they are "looking into it". That was like 3 weeks ago and I never heard back. Will never recommend or order againbecause clearly they don't care about customer service. Read more
Don't order cheese crust here. We got two epic stuff pizzas. I never leave a review but the crust was too thin and all the... topping fell off. The previous time it was too doughy. Read more
