I usually absolutely love Starbucks. It's the one way my husband and I treat ourselves. Since right before Christmas this... Starbucks is hardly ever open. They are constantly closing early or only staying open for a few hours in the morning. Every timeI have tried to go lately they are closed. The closest one is a 20 minute drive away. They need to figure out the staffing andhours because they are losing a lot of revenue and customers by constantly being closed. Update: It seems that they finallyhave their staffing issues resolved!! They are now back to being open all day. Still having some issues with inventory, but Iknow that is happening everywhere. The drive thru line was ridiculously long, so we decided to go inside where there was less of a wait. After 30 minutes inside... waiting we requested a refund. They gave us the money back, we decided to go thru the drive thru and was able to get through theline in a matter of 6 minutes. The manager didn?t help her staff but was just watching as everyone waited. It?ll be awhilebefore i decide to try them again. Read more
Line is ALWAYS way too long. It took 12 minutes to get thru it. Service was good and Latte was good.
