We had our order delivered from door dash. We were Missing a cinnamon twist Missing bean rice and cheese burrito The bean and... rice burrito had way too much jalapeno sauce it was just oozing out. I know some people prefer that. But when it's overboardit ruins the burrito. Cheese roll ups were not melted. Not a big deal we could melt them ourselves. Soft shell taco missingcheese good thing we had cheese at home Drink was hot..it was a large cherry pepsi..how was our drink even hot? We weregenuinely perplexed. Nacho fries were cold. One cheese quesadilla missing cheese. As shown in the picture. Other cheese quesadilla had lettuce and bits of tomatoes. I understand if a place is busy. Ordered food on the app around 4:30pm. We arrived at the store about 15 minutes later and checked in. The cashier asked if they... had the order on the screen and they confirmed. We sat down and waited, 20 minutes later I noticed there were several peoplecome in that stated they were waiting for food from the drive thru. I asked the status of my order and no one knew what wasgoing on. I heard one employee say they had no one working the side that some of my food was going to made so they just didn'tmake it. Seemed like no one was in charge and everyone was lost. A few minutes later they stated they had found our order when Idon't know how it was lost. The food we got was the worst I have ever had from Taco Bell. The owner should definitely find outwhat is going on in their store. I usually stay away from this location definitely at night and the weekends. Taco Bell will notget my business in Pekin and the food is not worth driving to another location. Taco John's is right down the road and muchbetter. Read more
They need to start weighing out meat or using a special scoop. From quesadillas to tacos different serving size every visit.... They will replace food but will have the same problem. Read more

It's almost everytime I go there that something is wrong with my order. Make sure everything is in your bag before you pull... away. Its fairly clean on the inside but no one is using the lobby during covid so I figured they'd buckle down on the drivethru and unfortunately it seems like that takes longer now than when the lobby was open and I'm not sure why.
