Stopped here for wine tasting during Canada Day long weekend 2022. The tasting was affordable and we were given generous... portions. The wine was great but I especially loved the festive atmosphere, with live performances and benches where we playedsome card games. Could have stayed here the entire afternoon just soaking it up, chatting and having fun! Read more

Went on a lovely tour to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The guide, Michael, was very friendly and knowledgeable. We really... enjoyed the beautiful grounds and live music afterwards. All very reasonably priced. Highly recommended! Read more

Visited pelee island winery Pavillion on Aug 04, Thursday for some wine tasting and purchased a Rosè. After coming back home,... saw a bug floating inside the sealed wine bottle. Very disappointed with the experience and hopefully management can look intomore quality control during wine bottling process. Update as of Aug 26, 2022: I was able to get in touch with management andreceived replacement bottles. Thank you!!Management is also arranging pick up for 'bottle with bug' for further quality testing. It seems like an isolated incident and hopefully these kind of incidents won't happen in future. The winery and vineyards are beautiful. The atmosphere felt very friendly and relaxed. There's live music and a large courtyard... with lots of tables The wine tour cost just $5 and included a short tour around the vineyard grounds and 5 tastings. The food atthe Pavillion is a bit over priced however delicious none the less. The winery is a short 15 minutes walk from the ferry. Thereis a good sized parking lot and bike racks. Read more

We spent a whole afternoon at Pelee Island Winery Pavillion. We biked down from the North Shore, which was a lovely lake side... ride on a sunny day. We started our visit with a tour led by Lauren, who shared so much of her knowledge of the island and thewinery with us. The wine tasting in the cellar was extensive with 5 wines and even a surprise 6th to celebrate the birthday ofone of the other participants. A very lovely gesture from Alyssa. After the tasting, we purchased wines by the glass and satoutside to enjoy games like Jenga and Cornhole. The music was great, and everyone there was having a fun and relaxing day. Thefood was good. We BBQ?d our own burgers and had some pizza. We purchased some merch from the winery store, and even picked up abooklet on the island history, which goes into great detail on some other historical sites worth visiting. The pavillion was ahuge hit during our three day stay on the island. We would have gone more than once if we had not waited until the last day togo! Lauren + Alyssa are lovely. The owners of the winery are very lucky to have such genuine, hospitable and hard workingladies running their island pavillion! Read more

The overall experience we had here was very average. We did the tour which was nice and included 8 tastings for a very fair... price. The tour guides were good too. However, the wines themselves were disappointing..majority of them were very light andlacked flavor. Their red ice wine and red sparkling wine were nice. We were told to try the wood fired pizzas at the restaurantafter the tasting but they ran out of pizzas - so we got burgers, hot dogs, veggie kebabs and cheese+baguettes from their menubut there was no intimation that the burgers and sausage were going to be given to us frozen and that we were expected tobarbeque them ourselves. The veggie kebab was not a kebab but a skewer of raw veggies which we also needed to barbeque. Thecheese+baguettes was a block of cheese (packaged, not sliced) with a sliced baguette. Don't think we're coming back here again. Read more
