Almost always have a great experience with this restaurant. Foods always good in my opinion. Today I order my burger ketchup and... cheese only (I?m a picky eater) and by the time I got to the drive thru window I had already forgotten if that was how I orderedit hahaha. So I asked the nice lady when I got to the window and that wasn?t the order they had gotten. So I just said ?that?sok, I can pick the onions off? no big deal to me at all, I don?t like to inconvenience people. And she asked and asked if it wasreally fine and then insisted they remake it for me. So, I have to say, idk about everyone there, but Nicole at this locationgives fantastic customer service! Staff is the most rude i have ever encountered with a burger king. 12.89 for a meal that I couldn't even get a receipt for... because when I asked, the guy in the black shirt asked someone to print it only for anothe girl to come to the window claimingthe machine was down. Then proceeded to say "well if you give me your phone, I'll take a picture" umm what?! Absolutely not. HadI read the other reviews here, I would have kept going to another location. Then they gave me a small drink instead of regularsized. After working at the hospital all day, i didnt have the energy to deal with the staff. I see why they have a big nowhiring sign out there. Drive through menu is wrong. Apparently hadn't been updated. If you want random food at a frankly ridiculous price, go through... the drive through. When I asked an employee, they said, "Yeah, that happens." Read more
Fat black lady with dreads is rude as hell. Poor customer service. Went and ordered 3 whoppers no tomato and no onions today get... to the window the lady attitude was so bad I?m happy I didn?t pay I just left. Probably the worst service! I went to drive thru, the order taker is screaming so loud to take orders. I placed my order, drive... around, pay my $13.58, received my food no receipt. I ask for ketchup and ranch. Waited and waited but the lady never came backso I left. Drive down the street, about to get on the interstate only to get my burger and realize it?s not even what I ordered.I turn around and go back, get in drive thru, the lady is screaming again. I told her I was just there and received the wrongorder, she says pull around. Get to the window and wait for a minute. She finally comes and ask what do I need. I gave her theincorrect sandwich and tell her I received the wrong order. She then hits the cook on the arm and says I told you it was thenumber three. Then she comes back to the window and ask me to pull around because she bring it to me. Some guy comes out with abag, as it is raining, goes to the vehicle beside me and just stands there. No one is in this vehicle, he then come to me andgave me the bag and walked off! Never acknowledged me, no one apologized or anything! This place is ridiculous. Read more

I?m going to try and be somewhat positive with this review because the lady at the drive thru was very nice but the food just... sucked. The fries were warm which was good. I also ordered a #8 meal (large) and the cheese was still frozen on it. Granted Idid order lunch at 10:30 but before I ordered lunch, I asked them if they were serving lunch first. But still, frozen cheese?The lettuce was old, I don?t know what kind of sauce was on it but it was nasty ?????I also ordered cheese sticks and those werenot even cooked all the way. Needless to say, I need to get a new lunch. They need to get a new cook or something. Read more
