I usually order online but Sunday night, the weather was bad and my internet wasn't working good. So I called. The lady who... answered was friendly but they got my order wrong, forgot one of the pizzas we ordered and when I called back to ask them tobring the correct pizza, it took almost 40 minutes to get the right one, I had to call twice! Ordered two pizzas and one came COMPLETELY smashed. Called the store and initially was offered the option of a reorder or a... refund. But when I asked for a refund on the messed up pizza I heard the phone be put down and I was hung up on without evengiving the store my name or order. Love Pelham Domino's! They're always nice and courtesy, not to mention about the only place open after 8:00! The location in... Alabaster closes their lobby at 9 so that's why we always go to Pelham. Easy online order! I order was correct and hot no mattercalled in or ordered online! Read more
