Ordered an 8 piece family meal with corn, cole slaw and Mac cheese. Got home with food. The corn was burnt and dried out. Could... not eat it. Called back to the store to talk with the Manager and when I was explaining this to him he hung up on me. He shouldbe fired for serving bad food and for his bad customer service. I NEVER write reviews, but I just had to. I ordered 14 items for a company lunch. I had to order off of Doordash because the KFC... website was not working. I get there and they hadn't even confirmed my order yet. So I had to wait about 30 minutes over myexpected pick up time. Then they tell me they are out of chicken breast. I wasn't going to go back to work to update everyone'sorder, so I told them just put whatever pieces of chicken they had in the boxes. Get to work and pass out lunches and they aremissing three lunches. I start to head back that way and I call them to let them know they missed three lunches and they want toargue with me that they had everything in the bags. Then they tell me I need to bring all the food back, so they can make sureit wasn't there. Trust me, if it weren't for the fact that I was purchasing for people at work, I would not have gone back toget the food. When I get there, they told me AGAIN it was all in the bag. Do not go to this KFC. Soda fountains are all out of flavor and not kept up. Mug Root Beer was brown water. Dr. Pepper was... bland. Cashier needs to work on listening skills. I asked for cole slaw and mashed potatoes with my tenders and got fries and abiscuit. This was a take out order, and when I tried to call, the phone line was busy. I believe they take the phone off thehook/disconnect it because they know they are incompetent and don?t want to hear complaints. Corporate was also a disappointmentto contact because I was put on hold indefinitely. Don?t waste money or time here. I?m never going to have KFC again. I came to get an Uber order. I waited 15 minutes for the girl to tell me 2 people came to pick up the same order from her. OK,... why did you tell me it was being made, and then remember 2 people came for it? I wondered why 6 people walked in, ordered andgot theirs. Never again. Stupidity. Read more
Twice I have come there, and both times the doors were locked. They were open and serving customers in the drive through, and... had customers in the dining area. I tried calling to place an order and got a busy signal. After several attempts I gave up.Lead me to believe they took the phone off the hook. If you have a serious hunger for kfc and don't want to wait in the drivethrough, or like me, I drive a big truck that won't fit in the drive through. Just know.
