I would not recommend this McDonald's. Staff is rude and uncaring of the quality of their location tables were dirty floor was... dirty one of the staff even tried eating my food when they know very well they could have just gotten their own themselves. Idon't like being harassed by staff. The four McChickens I ordered were poorly made messy probably one of the easiest sandwichesfor the cook to make next to no mayonnaise or lettuce. The patties seemed as if they had been sitting in the warmer for too longbut not long enough to expire. Shame on them they should take pride in their location instead of shaming their travelingcustomers for trying to take a break. Read more

Pleasantly surprised, chips were piping hot fresh done and the burgers at this store were also hit off the press, well executed... and sorted quickly. I rarely comment on McDonalds outlets, but this one...this seems a bit different, dare I say a cut abovemany of the others? You go, and see if this is a fair assessment. Customer service was beyond horrible and the kiosk was malfunctioning yet the what appeared to be the manager on duty still... directed customers to utilize them when they were 1 freezing up but 2 very hard to navigate in the past as well. It's not userfriendly and it seems if you have not used them before you'll need to use up your time to figure out how to use their not souser friendly application bc when placing your order the app is tricky when navigating from ordering to paying. Then you take anumber only to be met with come get your order so why take a number for a table???? Read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I know that McDonald?s employees usually all have attitudes but what I have experience today... was beyond an attitude just straight disrespect From a young man in the drive-through speaker. He literally screamed at me afterhe missed my order. I have never done that upset in a drive-through. Rude fat chick ignored questions about breakfast being served. Gave major attitude forcing us to leave establishment to avoid... conflict. Forced to go to worse restaurant for better service. Even management is rude walked away when being approached forassistance. Rude customer service all around makes me want to call corporate. Considering cancelling my McDonald's app. Read more

I would rate this 0 stars if I could. My family visited several months ago and had problems, but thought we?d try again on our... way home from Birmingham. Big mistake. I understand places being short staffed, but our experience was ridiculous. If arestaurant doesn?t have their dining room open, they should have a sign on the door stating this. When we found the door locked,we placed a mobile order and got in the drive through line. After waiting 5 minutes at the speaker with no response fromemployees, I drove to the window. I had to wait as another customer who?d gone through the line walked up to the window becausehe?d had a problem with his order and was unable to enter the building because all doors were locked. At the window I was toldthat it didn?t matter if I had a mobile order, I still had to stop at the speaker and would have to go around and get back inline. I explained that I?d waited at the speaker 5 minutes with no response. I was told to go around and get in line again.Thirty minutes after getting in line for the first time, we finally received our order. A large frappe was filled about 3/4full, fries were cold with no salt, a 20 piece chicken nugget had 18 nuggets, drinks we asked to have no ice had ice. Sprite wasout so they just weren?t going to give us that drink. When I told them we still needed another drink, they then told me thesprite was out. My son asked for Fanta. When he took a drink there was absolutely no flavor. The only way to ask to have ourorder fixed would have been to get BACK in the line and go through the drive through again or walk up to the window. My familywill not visit this McDonald?s again.
