No one acknowledged me. No one said I?ll be with you in a moment, only 1 guy looked at me, no smile, turned away. Could have... come over to take order. 4 people working, no other customers ahead of me and drive thru steady but not crowded. The girl at theregister counting dimes in a cup, understand counting, but never looked up to simply smile. Waited several embarrassing minutes,then left!!! Not coming back. This store cheats you all the time- buy a venti drink and they give you grande ounces in a venti cup . Love Starbucks but this... store does not live up to the quality standards set by Starbucks. Read more
