No one acknowledged me. No one said I?ll be with you in a moment, only 1 guy looked at me, no smile, turned away. Could have... come over to take order. 4 people working, no other customers ahead of me and drive thru steady but not crowded. The girl at theregister counting dimes in a cup, understand counting, but never looked up to simply smile. Waited several embarrassing minutes,then left!!! Not coming back. What are you guys thinking? Too many other places to get coffee than Starbucks. Not that specialanymore. Read more

This store cheats you all the time- buy a venti drink and they give you grande ounces in a venti cup . Love Starbucks but this... store does not live up to the quality standards set by Starbucks. Read more
Blueberry muffins are AWESOME! They have the drive-thru down to a quick process! The sausage,egg and cheese sandwich is great.... Also their fresh avocado spread is very refreshing!! Read more
Update: still incompetent here. They handed me a cold bagel that I didn?t discover until a few miles down the road. Seriously,... what am I supposed to do with a cold bagel? I guess I need to start carrying a toaster in my car. It would be good if mgmtwould pay more attention to showing trainees how to put a lid on a cup and how to hand to a guest so the guest doesn?t have tograb it by the lid (that isn?t on). You guys helped me spill half a hot chai latte on myself and in my car this morning. Itwouldn?t have been a big deal we?re I driving my pickup, but I was driving a rare, expensive GT500 that has an electronicshifter on the console. I can take the seats out and clean the carpet, but the shifter may be more complicated. At any rate, Ithrew away both coffees, canceled my Starbucks card and won?t bother with this or any other Starbucks again. I can get coffeeelsewhere. Read more

this is the fourth time I have ordered a frapp and its pure runny liquid. I would order an ice coffee if thats what I wanted. it... is literally the consistency of an ice coffee. even the whipped cream is melted. Its like they made it and set it on the counterfor 30 minutes then gave it to the customer. It use to not be like this. Read more
