The food is good, but the help doesn't have ANY Customer skills. I waited 4-5 minutes, I could hear them in the back, a girl... walks by with a trash bag and doesn't acknowledge that I'm there,walks back by, no eye contact. Finally, someone comes out,don't have the bread I want, the oven isn't working. They choose to not train their people, kids all know they pay the leastaround and you get what you pay for. Worst Subway to go to! Be prepared to NEVER have basic ingredients for your sub ie. deli meat cheese and/or veggies which are... always out. How do you keep customers when this is never improved?! We ordered from this place twice through the website. The first time we ordered they forgot to put double meat in one of the... subs along with the wrong kind of cheese. It wasn't a bad order and mistakes happen, so we went for a second one. This orderthey messed up the type of bread and cheese on different subs. The meat for the tuna subs that were footlongs was as if someoneput a single scoop on and tried to make it last over the entire sandwich. The cheese was wrong on one of the subs as well. Onethat was supposed to be double meat had what I would expect to be normal meat, and the one turkey sub had at most six slices ona footlong. There were no cookies that I ordered so they gave me another type, but I know the lead at the store is responsiblefor putting any shortages in their app to make sure you can't order things that they are out of on the website. The person Ispoke to was very polite and I feel bad that he has to deal with this sort of thing, but I'm just unhappy with not being givenwhat I purchased. He offered to remake them, but I just ended up opening my own tuna and shoring them up to where they weresupposed to be. Read more
I just left this Subway and a fabulous kid, probably high school aged, named Tyler was working. He took my order, was very... friendly and asked how I was doing. To speed up my order he asked me what I wanted to put on my sandwich before it came out ofthe oven, remembered the ingredients perfectly, and did a cool bottle flip with the dressing. I have not eaten at this Subway yet. I deliver for doordash and have picked up many orders at this Subway as well as others.... This Subway is efficient and my orders are always ready to go when I arrive.
