I wish I would have read the reviews before going here. First I ordered my son a kids meal cheese quesadilla which was not even... cooked. So Im definitely annoyed because now I have to go home to heat it up. Secondly the hard stem of the avocado ???? wasin the guacamole and my husband almost choked on it. Thirdly the rice was hard. The food is usually fresh and they're pretty decent with their servings potion. The reason they're not 5 stars is the Customer... service fluctuates a lot here but any location seems to always have different workers or they're constantly rotated. Read more
Pretty upset that I paid $22.81 for a double chicken/steak guac bowl and 70% of the steak I got was a big lump of fat. I know... these things happen but not okay at this price point for fast casual. I want a credit. Read more
One of the worst Chipotles I've ever been to. Food is way over salted and the meat is dry. Highly recommend any other Chipotle.
We entered a chipotle to order food more specifically a kids quesadilla meal and asked for rice he was told, in a very abrasive... manner, that it didn?t come with it. When he explained that any other time we ordered it it came with rice and other sides, therep again insisted it did not. My husband let it be and continued with the order and upon opening the food, the two kidsquesadillas were burned and stuck to the wrapper. I then called repeatedly to speak with a manager and was questioned as to whyto later be left on hold. So I went to the store to encounter the manager who epitomized lack of customer service skill and wasgiven not only head hopping while speaking, but also shoulder bopping and even the good ol? hood ?tell your husband to come sowe can settle this face to face.? She lacked any form of leadership which explains exactly why the staff is rude. The service isappalling and I?ve received better service from chipotle reps in worse neighborhoods. To be met with such disdain after merelyasking to clarify whatever as included in the meal and why the food was so sloppily given is not something I?ve come to expecteven when the rep is tired. That is not the way you treat a customer at any time do day. ***UPDATE*** To add insult to injury,I?m just getting home after this debacle, and my order is incorrect. Service is horrible. I worked for chipotle and I would have NEVER got away with what I witnessed tonight. I was there about 8pm.... Instead of having everything running low ?working? to avoid customer build up, having numerous customers standing by waiting isinconsiderate and terrible for business during this pandemic. I clearly see they just care about their money not theircustomers. The entire place was filthy. Read more
This USED to be my favorite Chipotle, now I can?t stand it! The restaurant is completely falling off. Empty tables that needed... to be clean. Cheap 3/4s of a spoon portions. This is the second time I have gone to this Chipotle and the facility has been closed. I was told it was online order only, but... a number of employees was sitting inside doing nothing. This time I didn?t even bother ordering because the previous time myburrito was tiny and poorly made. The ratio of content to tortilla was not adequate. I don?t know if these employees areslacking off or what. Just avoid this chipotle. Read more
