This use to be my favorite dunkin donuts but now I would not be returning to this location. First off I placed my order online... and when I arrived at the store to pick up my food they hadn't started it. The 2 women employees was just sitting there and whenI asked for my order one of them replied ",oh no one made the food". After waiting 15 mins for my food to be made I was missingitems from my order and when I said something she caught an attitude. How can you be upset with your customers if you screwedup! Waited almost 30mins for raw bacon and ice cold bagels! For the past few months I've been having issues with my food at thislocation but I kept giving them a chance because it wasn't always this way but from now on they will not receive another dimefrom me until they get their staff in order! Today I experienced something really nice. Cameron an employee being all kind and helpful instructing one of the new employees... how to manage around the store. The donuts and all food on the shelves remain unprotected from flying insects and such as I watch them crawl around where the... employees admit they are aware of the conditions but the store owner refuses to address this. What does that say for the healthconcern of the customers your servicing. When the owner doesn't care, neither do the employees. Read more

They need to fire the man who "served" me. He was extremely rude, condescending, and short with me. It is because of him that I... will never return to this location. He rushed me through my order so quickly, I spent less money than I was planning onspending. He had a negative attitude the entire time he was taking and making my order. He practically threw my change at me,then mumbled something under his breath when I asked for my receipt, which he neglected to hand me with my change. He didn'teven pretend to thank me for coming in. I could see on the other employee's face that he was embarrassed by this man's action,like it happens often. This man clearly has absolutely no idea how to treat customers. There are multiple other locationswithin a couple miles of this one, go to one of the others. Read more
