Good solid lox, bagel and cream cheese. Garlic bagel was really good. I like mine a bit more chewy). It wasn?t just a piece... of regular bread made round with a hole. Cream cheese was sooo good ? The food is good...once you get it. Horribly mis-managed. The person that takes your, prepares your order, then rings up your... order. It is not rocket science to to figure out you need a team of order takers (waiters/waitresses) and a team of preparers(cooks), and a team of cashiers. I walked out of there AGAIN this morning without anything. The service is slow and awful. Management (if there is any) should know they are losing money everyday because people don't want to wait 20-30 minute to get abagel. Read more
Placed an order through Google and was given an estimate of an hour. I called the store to see if this was a Google estimate or... if it was the actual wait. The woman I spoke to was beyond rude telling me that I could cancel my order and come in person if Iwanted it faster. Her tone was dismissive and combative. It caught me off guard since we were just trying to see when we neededto be there. I can?t review the food because I cancelled the order. If an employee/ business representative can be that rude,they clearly don?t want or need my business. Read more
I want to like Lenny?s more, I really do. Their bagels are pretty good BUT they need to learn how to manage a line and take... orders/get food out. The staff wants you to pay after the food is prepared instead of paying when you first place your order. Who does this!?! That means you have to go up to the counter twice to first order and then come back to pay. Since they haveonly one cash register you have a bottleneck of customers who are trying to order and pay at the same time. Food is great here, but don't order through ChowNow! Even though they said "no service fee", their service fee is already... embedded into the price of each item. We used to order through ChowNow all the time because it's the first channel availablewhen clicking into Order Pickup, but just noticed it today that their price is 5%~15% higher than Postmates for most of theitems. Nevertheless, bagels are always delicious here, with a huge selection of varieties. Sliced Nova with cream cheese bagelis one of our favorites. Even a simple egg bagel with strawberry cream cheese is exceptional. Read more
My favorite bagel coffee shop.. small cozy.. everything freshly made to order. Food is always great, coffee strong and fresh.
