DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THE WEBSITE! My delivery was suppose to be delivered by Door Dash. The restaurant gave someone my order and... the driver claimed they never picked it. If it wasn't for Door Dash Customer Service I would not have gotten my money back. It'shard to get someone on the phone for Wingstop. Read more

This location was not crowded and service was pretty fast. Got my lunch and got to eat before clocking back in.

Visited only twice and the food was ?meh?. I couldn?t understand the hype. Then was permanently put off this location due to an... exposé by an employee I?ve seen there, online; complete with video. The worst visit I've ever had at wing stop 7/14/22. I went to the one on Boston Rd in the Bronx,NY. The soda comes with the... combo meal, but the machine isn't working and there's NO other drinks in the fridge but monster drinks. I asked for the managerhe/she tells the cashier to tell me their busy. No problem I waited for 10 minutes and still no manager.. NEVER going thereagain. Read more

I was really disappointed with the customer service here. The staff didn?t properly have on their mask. They seem to be touching... everything also working the front and back simultaneously. The food was incredibly salty. The most disappointing part was thesize of the thighs. They were only one bite larger than a wing. Once you remove the skin there Is practically no meat on thebone. My daughter ordered boneless chicken only to get raw chicken when she bit into it. After calling and speaking to the manager,... she was given a credit. I then phoned to explain that we prefer to have the money back on her charge card, the manager statedthat they are not responsible and that the third party who delivered the food is. I explained that the delivery service is notresponsible for the uncooked chicken and that wingstop was paid for the food. I however lost that conversation with themanager. How do you argue about refunding wen you are responsible for cooking the food. This was wrong. She insisted that she isnot responsible and that only a credit was the option or to come back for a better plate. No thanks.. we just don?t trust theservice and won?t be visiting again. Read more
