Have been recently shopping in the area , deciding to buy an ice tea much to my surprise i was unable to leave a tip for the... service. .My understanding is that's the policy from Ownership, shaking my head and feeling bad for employees especiallyduring these times i said I've never heard such a thing. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! My chip on my card broke yesterday, so when the OWNER asked me to insert the chip i... explained that it had a crack. He snatches it out of my hand and continues to put it in the machine. I continue to explain thatit does not work, respectfully. He turns around and says "IT IS NOT MY FAULT IT IS YOUR FAULT!!!!!!". EXCUSE ME? Instead ofsnatching my damn card out of my hand and listening to me we could've resolved it by using the DD app, but instead he insistedto be rude and yelling at me!
