Unfortunately experienced the most unpleasant thing today. The staff needs to keep in mind that the customers are within ear... shot of the pickup counter where they are packing orders and calling names. I watched the woman packing the bags make a commentto an older women who looked like she worked in the kitchen. She says to her "I don't know, just call the name" laughing. Ilooked up because I'm literally the only customer waiting. Continues to butcher the name loudly to herself until i just decidedto walk up to the counter and let her know its mine. Lets be mindful. It would have taken two seconds to turn around and ask myname... Instead you are joking with staff about the name I was given at birth? My name is phonetic and is literally pronouncedhow it is read left to right. But I assume basic language skills are not required for employment. Maybe if my name were Jill shewould've been able to say that. But it isn't. You are in a diverse neighborhood and need to act as such. Instead of asking tospeak to a manager about the culture sensitivity that their staff is lacking I fled of embarrassment feeling belittled. Pleasegive your business to the neighboring food franchises and skip Panera unless you have a basic European name you are more thanwelcomed. Read more

Food was good. Service the Pitts. I ordered 2 cheese souflee. Upon arrival was told they would not be ready for 15 minutes.... Order was placed online so a phone number was there....calling me and letting me know would have been a good service recovery,but no!! I was offered to pick something else. I asked about getting the credit for what I ordered but didn't get and the girlat the counter seemed surprised. She turned to Andre who told me that he could not credit me until the next day. I often come to this location for lunch. Myself and everyone knows Panera is pretty expensive. I purchased a pick two and was... given my mac and cheese cold but my partners was steaming. Asked an employee for a new one and was told that they can not takeit back and there is a microwave. I didn?t purchase my food to have to reheat it in a microwave.it?s not like I?m getting it forfree. I just won?t recommend coming here and wasting my money. Read more

This Panera Needs help!! The service was very frustrating, from the time I walked in the door, ordering my food, waiting, and... finally when I received my order, it was all just dissatisfying. First the store was packed with customers either waiting toorder or waiting for there food either way the store representatives aren?t directing their customers so everyone is justwaiting around. I went from the cash/cashier line to then waiting to order on a kiosk and back again. After I finally orderedI waited 55 mins for my food , all for my soup and grilled cheese to be cold. As far as the staff they weren?t helpful andseemed annoyed by the customers asking about their orders. Furthermore I saw many staff but only 2 actually working, thesupervisor and an older lady in-front of the store who was taking the orders. All-in-all I gave this location 2 stars becausethe best part about my order was the cookie it was fresh and soft. Read more
I was very disappointed at the portion size I received for the you pick 2. Mac and cheese was one of my choices in which they... didn't even fill half the container of mac and cheese. I understand inflation is an issue but charging more food and providingsignificantly less is very poor business. I won't be coming back to this location again and hope this is NOT how all Paneraoperates. Read more
