I drove through the drive through and they wouldn't take my order. The girl told me that "I must call it in". I don't understand... why she didn't take my order and ask me to park. Also, she gave me a 15 minute wait time. What happened to customer service? Read more

Went to subway first and they were closed at 8:30, so made it to the substation at 8:35-ish and she takes my order and then when... I ask for it toasted, she tells me that they had shut the toaster down already... Lady in front of us in line mentioned that itdoesn't make since to have shut it down already... So then the counter girl tells ME (rudely) what time it is......Thank God forthe older lady that works there ...... She was very helpful and kind. Read more
Everyone is always incredibly nice, friendly and polite. Sometimes, if you're lucky (and a polite, nice person yourself) you... might get some extras, like a few pickles spears or extra meat on your sub, extra chili, etc. Even if you don't get extras, youcan be assured that the portions are always generous. While I don't live in the town anymore, when I come home, I always stop inhere for a sub. They hand cut the cheese and meat and it beats that other popular sub place (I'm not naming any names) handsdown!! Read more

Sad visit again. Phoned in order, bread so soaked it was mush and inedible. On one we ordered American cheese only but was given... 3 different kinds, asked for vinegar on another there was none but so much on another that it chased bread to be as mentionedabove. All 5 subs had issues. They were apart in in the wrapper. $50 for junk, had I paid with card I would dispute thecharges. Read more
All of the ingredients were fresh and delicious. The service was great and the subs were made exactly as ordered. The only... downside is they are inside a gas station and the station itself leaves a lot to be desired. Read more
