Worst customer service experience. I ordered two chicken deluxe meals. Got up to the window, paid almost $19 and was handed a... bag and he walked off. I had to call out about the drinks, he looked at me confused. Had to say drinks come with meals. Handedme one drink and had to remind him I had two meals. Went to the Publix parking lot behind and discovered no fries were included.And they were rude about it. Read more

The food was good and the customer service was good. But they were out of some of the items that were on the menu.

This was only my second visit to a Bojangles store. On my first visit to a Bojangles (in a different state) I was not impressed.... This store changed my mind. The food here was very tasty and was prepared after ordering. It was hot and fresh. The menu isshort and simple. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience here. Read more
One of my favorites here in Pell city. Love their breakfast and most definitely love their regular food. Had the chicken club... sandwich and it was awesome. But those seasoned fries are the best. And like usual, the staff is very attentive and friendly! Read more
They open at 5am.... I got there at 0535. All lights on, look open when I get there. No answer when I stop to order. I even said... hello, no answer. Pulled by window, 3 women talking too much to take my order. Read more
