I work third shift and usually stop by to get breakfast between 5-6am. I rotate between Bojangles,Jack's, and McDonalds as... they're the only places open before 6am. The older lady working the drive thru window has never once felt like she wants to bethere. She wears a mask and cuts her eyes at you over it. Her attitude is downright terrible. Some people wear their feelings inthe way they speak and look. She definitely isn't friendly. It said shift manager on her name tag which is even more concerning.I went for lunch a few Saturdays ago and there was really nobody there, like 3 cars total. They had a young lady outside takingorders on a tablet. Afterwords I had to wait like 10 mins for the food at the window. Could see the point in doing that during alunch or dinner rush to expedite things but not when it was this dead. And it kind of defeats the purpose if you're gonna makepeople wait anyways. Messed my order up 2 out of the last 3 times I've been here, won't be back. They've messed my order up 2out of the last 3 times I've went and I won't be back ever again. Read more
It's normally fine. But recently they've had an old lady in the mornings on drive thru who has a very unseeded attitude and will... talk to you like you're stupid if you ask for something they forgot on your order. I can say I've never had a bad experience at any Jack's I've been to. Needless to say I only do breakfast with them. This was a... web order. The online ordering was a breeze and the pickup through the drive through was good too. Read more
We come through the drive-thru sometimes on Sundays before church (which is next door). The lady taking orders on the iPad is... wonderful and really knows how to do her job. The food is always good too. Read more
