Ordered a 16 piece meal. They only put 10 pieces. Called and said bring the box with chicken back after family had started... fixing their plates. (That?s when it was discovered they left 6 pieces out). They seem to be in a hurry and not paying attentionto the orders because the lobby was closed with cars wrapped around the building. Read more
Have ate at this store for many years. Always been pleased with service until today. I jave been in restaurant management for 25... years and what happened today was very horrible. Had my grandson with me who os 8 years old but has to be on pedisure daily ashe is extremely small for his age he failed to thrive for many years amd eas told we may have to jave feeding tube. He wantedto eat off buffet so we spoke to manager amd she aboslutely qpuldnt let him have child price but she would my 3 year oldgranddaughter who eats alot more than he does and weighs 10 lbs more. Being in management do understand having to keep rules butalso know in some situations ypu can be decent amd make exceptions. Have done it before myself for others. Very cruel peoplehere. Read more
I love this KFC location. The gentleman behind the counter is always welcoming and patient, the lady working the lunch buffet is... very nice and keeps it stocked and clean and the food is usually very fresh. Read more
There were a few problems with my order but the manager re-made the order and gave me a refund. She and another employee were... apologetic and very nice, which is hard to find these days. It?s good to see that they value customer service. Read more
I have been calling lately to see if the buffet is back and was so excited when they said it is, daily I think around 11-2:30.... Check for times. I was there with family this Saturday. WELL worth it! The price is great for buffet, and it includes thedrink. The chicken is really great. Fried okra is pretty good too. The apple cobbler was unbelievably delicious - the best I canremember having at any restaurant!!!!!! WOW. They even had chicken livers for those who like them. They also have butter for thebiscuits and honey for the chicken. The employees are friendly and helpful. When part of our group was not there by 1:30, theemployee made sure I knew they were closing the lobby at 2:30. I appreciated that! I plan to come back more often!!! Read more
Chicken is nothing but bone and grease if there is "chicken" it's very dry and overcooked so is the breading. I LOVE churches... chicken why not tear down kfc in pelll city and build a churches chicken. KFC is terrible I only eat it because it's the onlything available but the chicken still sucks. Only reason I'm giving a 2 Star is because their mashed potatoes and gravy ispretty good. ???? Read more
