The customer service was good. The fries were to salty and We couldn't eat them. But the little chicken nuggets were good.
The McDonald's in Pell City usually is pretty good. This particular morning they got our order totally messed up. We had to... drive all the way back from Talladega to wait in line to explain what we ordered and paid for, but got something totallydifferent. No "sorry for the mix up" or anything. Like "Oh, that happens all the time." I understand mix-ups happen but therewas no apology what so ever. I will be hesitant to go back to that McDonald's. Read more
Drive thru sucks!!!!! Two lanes for ordering and the left lane will let five cars order before getting the orders from right... lane!! I watch 3 cars pull off and leave from the right lane because they were sitting at the ordering point but had to sitwhile the left lane continued to get serviced. We left too. Went to jacks and that took us 7 minutes from time we leftMcDonald?s to get our food and leave from there. Read more
Was trying to you the App and use my rewards and there wifi wasn't working and I even went inside to get help with it and nobody... could help .and didn't really seem to care.I showed them what I was ordering on my phone .but they said that I could order thatbut that I would have to pay full price .I couldn't get the discount from my rewards that I had earned. Ordered a frappe and 2 slushies through mobile app. They brought slushies out, said frappe machine was down. Employee walked... away,l and rolled eyes, as I'm telling him I need my money back for the frappe I didn't get. I had to pull both my toddlers outof the car and go inside. Lady that went and got manager was pleasant. Manager came and refunded money without saying ONEword.....not a sorry for the inconvenience, thank you, have a nice day.....not a word!! Update Aug 14, 2021 Went back and gave it another chance. The food was once again, ok. I was appalled to see this young man with... all that hair hanging in his face, standing over the food and he was also making the kids boxes!! The health department wouldshut them down for this! WHERE WAS THE MANAGER????? The food was ok, not great. The service was awful! We waited about 15minutes and there were 2 other orders ahead of us! There is no hand-sanitizer by the kiosks after so many people are touchingthem! The music is much too loud. Just not a very appealing place all around. It's much worse after the last "remodel"! Work 3rd shift and stop here for breakfast in the mornings. Same cashier taking orders every day is so nice. She is super... friendly! Middle aged with glasses, hair pulled back with a hat on. My order is ready to come out the window when I roll up.Excellent! Read more
