Each time we have gone to this location the food is not good. yesterday we when through the drive through, the lady said welcome... to Milo's and did not give me a chance to tell her my order before she said it again, I then said one minute please and thenwhen I started to order she told me one minute, I surely don't need to have this attitude and it was not that they were busy wewere the only ones at the drive thru and no one was inside when we pulled in. We ordered and tried to tell the lady no onions onour Double Thick Cheeseburger and she said this one does not have onions, I did not have the chance to tell her it said it doeson the menu, we got home and it had onions, I am so glad that we are not allergic to them. When my son tried to eat it the meatwas not fully cooked so he had to throw it in the trash, that is money wasted. The fries were cold and some burnt. We pay goodmoney for the food so could you do a better job of making it better. If I knew how to contact the owner I would the food seemsto be getting worse and the service was not that great either. I absolutely love Milo's burgers fries and sweet tea! It's really difficult to beat they're sweet tea and even their burgers,... they have some pretty fantastic sauces to dip them in as well. Very poor customer service. When I requested 2 dipping sauces, which should be standard if you order a large nugget if you get... 1 for a small, the drive through worker rolled her eyes and attempted to charge me for condiments. Since no one uses cashanymore and I had paid with a card, I had to eat half my nuggets without dipping sauce. Read more
I haven?t had Milo?s in over two years because where I moved to doesn?t have one close, we stopped here on the way to Atlanta... and they served me the freshest Milo?s I?ve had in a hot minute other than when I went to the one in Decatur. Super sweet staff! Read more
