We love Papa John's! The pizza is always fresh and really good. The staff is always courteous and helpful.
Don't get me wrong, I love Papa John's pizza,but the lack of customer service skills from the Manager of all people is seriously... lacking!!!! I ordered a carryout and when I arrived my 7 month old was asleep. I called inside and asked if he could kindlybring the pizzas to me and he said he would, but I watched him slam the phone down and complain to another employee about what Ihad asked. All he had to do is say no, so I quickly ran in and told him about what I witnessed and he was still very rude andshort with me. Like I said if it was too much of a hassle or something they are not allowed to do, all he had to say was no. Iknow it might not seem like a big deal for some people, but as a new mom, I was just asking for a little help, I would havebeen happy to meet him at the door with the pizza. Read more

Since Papa John's has always been my favorite I decided to get two large pizzas at the Pell City location on 10/2619. I called... the order in two hours before pickup, but when I arrived the order had been lost. I wasn't in a hurry so I waited while thepizzas were cooked. One was pepperoni and the other sausage. When I arrived home the pepperoni had almost no pepperoni and thesausage had almost no sausage. The only positive thing I can say is that they had ample jalapenos. This was my first and lastvisit.
