Been coming here since 2020. Food was always hot, fresh, shakes good, service excellent. In the last 30 days it's been terrible.... Shake machine down last 3 visits, can't make any sweet tea or coffee, so why serve breakfast at all?! Tots are included with thebreakfast meals but rarely get them and the few times I have they were either cold or overcooked, one of the two, nevercorrectly. Read more
No complaints! Food is always good and accurate. Not super fast, but not at all slow either. No real complaints.
I waited for over 15 mins to get some fries & they were cold.... I told the next girl that walked by & she took them... I... assumed was going to bring me some fresh hot ones bqck..... I waited again for 10+ more mins with no one in sight.... I hit thebutton to call someone to ask.... another 5+ mins & nobody..... I had to go to work.... so I spent $$ on fries I didn't even getto eat.... will not be back for a while!!!! Read more
Always loved Sonic for the frozen treats on hot days, especially the slushes. I guess they, like everyone else these days are... experiencing delays in raw goods and parts to keep everything going. They havent been able to make a slush in nearly two weeksthat I know of. Many of their screens in stalls are broken. I see this kind of stuff in my own job with parts availabilitycausing long delays, so I cant fault Sonic. Signs of the times. I do hope they get the slush problem fixed soon. Read more
It had been a long time I order onion rings and today I ordered them and this is what I got most of the rings where burnt on one... side and this one was the worst. The caption on the cover says give someone a ring do you think I can give this ring to them..Jokes apart.. I think you should check the quality of the food before you hand it over to someone.. These girls are so sweet. The food is always fresh. They got my order wrong but was quickly there to fix it. Awesome job.
