Our app came out cold. The service was horrible. Our waters were never refilled. She only came to our table when she brought us... food, so an overall of 4 times including when she brought us the bill. Our waitress checked on the tables next to us about 5xmore than she checked on ours. The table behind us got their check right after we got our entrees, but we came in at almost theexact same time, and we had fewer people. One of our sides came out 5 minutes after the rest of the food was served, when it wasthe easiest side we ordered. Finally, we were almost got charged for a chocolate milk we did not order and she forgot to bringboxes that we asked for twice. The hospitality from Mindy was very poor so we don?t recommend going if you?re looking for awelcoming environment and good service. Read more

They took me off the wait-list without telling me making me wait 30 minutes serving multiple people that showed up after. The... staff was rude. I get it's busy but it's your job. The next time they completely forgot our table. Come on people. Read more
Was decent. Our server was asked for no seasoning on our steaks and extra napkins. We received seasoning on the steaks and my... husband had to get up and the server for the napkins. Outside of this, the meal was good. We ordered the dunking dips for thegranddaughter and those were a huge hit. Read more
Parker was a very diligent waiter and took good care of me. I ordered the bourbon chicken and it was so tender and juicy I was... overwhelmed. I had a bad experience with Applebee's years ago and have never been back but I'm happy that I gave it anotherchance because this meal was delicious. My only regret is that it was so much food it was difficult to eat at all. What I don'tshow in the picture is the chicken was topped with Cajun grilled shrimp but I was so hungry I ate it faster than I remember totake a photo. Sorry about that kids Read more
There was a hair in our appetizer to start with, then my food came out and it was made wrong, so our waitress said she would... have the cook make me a new one. The manager brought out my new sandwich, didn't apologize for the hair in our appetizer or myfood being made wrong, sat my plate down and said "here's your new sandwich" and walked away. Picked up my sandwich, took onebite, looked down at my plate and it's ANOTHER HAIR, a black one to be exact, just sitting on a white plate with my sandwichplaced on top of it! Our waitress was coming by at that time with our receipt and was telling us she took off the appetizer andI told her she needed to take my meal off as well because I found another hair. She apologized and a little bit later came backto tell us she took those items off and that her manager gave us a managers discount and that was it. The manager never cameover to apologize or explain why this happened TWICE and instead was at the bar talking to, what looked like, some of herpersonal friends. I had to ask our waitress to tell the manager to come and talk to us and when she did she openly admitted thatthe cook was not wearing a "hat" and that she told him that he had to start wearing one, I'm pretty sure the food and safetyprotocol is to wear a hair net, but okay! I told her that it looked like the hair was put on the plate first and my "newsandwich" was deliberately placed on top of it. Completely disgusted and not happy how the situation was handled by the manager.We haven't been here for a while and we will not be returning again.
