The staff here are very rude. I work next door in the steel factory but for some reason they have the dining area closed. I did... not drive here they are not taking walk up orders this is very inconvenient for customers who are not driving .I work right nextdoor I will not be coming back here ever again Read more

Quality has gone down quite a bit since opening. Food is alright. I don't know what they use on the chicken sandwiches, but it... certainly doesn't taste like any mayo I have ever had from any other restaurant or store bought. The burgers are ridiculouslysmall, but I'm sure that's more of a company problem than an isolated one. The staff could use an improvement. Made an orderthrough the app (which took WAY longer than it should have between crashing and being near constantly unresponsive), had twoorders of large fries on it and a kids meal, among other things. Upon receiving our bags, we checked quickly before leaving thewindow, as we have had issues of not receiving the juice for the kid's meal, which again, was not absent. We asked for it andgot it, but we also noticed we were missing a large fry. After saying something, we were told there was already fries in thebag, but again, we told them we had two, and it even showed it on the receipt. We ended up getting the fries, but it was obviousfrom their attitudes they thought we were lying. On top of this, last year, after an appointment at the Pella clinic, I put anorder in before leaving the lot. Upon arriving at the restaurant, they were closed. This was around noon. I did eventually getit sorted out, but my point with this is, if a place is going to be randomly closed (presumably due to low staffing), itshouldn't allow for orders to be placed, and then offer no way to cancel it. Would give this place 0 stars. First time going to this location. The food was absolutely disgusting food was cold and the fry's... and onion rings were old, like they have just been sitting in their warmer bin. We will never go back to this location ever.Nasty cold food and gross drinks we couldn't eat any of it. Very very disappointed. They need to do better Read more

I really wanted to give this place a shot. I do like the franchise itself. But this location and their staff need more training.... I've been here three times total and each time has left me to dissatisfied. First order they misunderstood me and gave me asmaller meal and I also ordered a shake and they didn't even give me a spoon or a straw ( I got takeout and I noticed by thetime I left). The second time I went, I ordered two sandwiches. And they gave me the wrong sandwich and so it must have beensomeone's order (drive thru). And the third time I tried delivery, they forgot my drink. And I couldn't do anything about itsince it was through delivery. So will refrain going here for a couple months and I'd advise the same. Read more

I was looking for a quick bite for lunch noticed Culver's right next door was completely full drive up and dine in. So I noticed... Burger King next door had no one in drive up and 2 cars in dine in so I thought winner! I went right up to drive up orderednumber 1 nothing special. Pulled up to window, paid and got my drink, waited couple of minutes then they asked me to pull up towait on fries. After about 10 minutes of waiting the brought out food and apologized for waiting. I noticed there was abeautiful blue F150 I would have been behind at Culver's but they had 6 cars in front of them. The thing about it was they madeit thru quicker then I did with being the only car in drive up at this Burger King. Read more

I am a fan of Burger King but not this one (yet). I understand finding reliable help can be challenging. This particular store... may retain more customers just by not being open. We experienced a 15 minute wait while there were only two other guests in thestore. One of those guests told us that we'd better go check on our food or we may not get it, they were right.
