I placed an order on Monday to be picked up on Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. I arrived and my order was no where to be found. I showed... them my confirmation email I received on Monday showing I had paid in full and today, right now, was the pick-up time. Theyapologized for the error and said they would make the pizza's right now and it would take 8 minutes. I waited in my vehicle,frustrated with the lack of organization. They brought my 5 pizza's out to my vehicle that I had ordered and added an extrapizza for the inconvenience. It was nice of them to add an extra pizza I didn't order, but I wish they would of just had myorder at the date and time I requested. I will probably go back, but not too soon. Read more
Have tried ordering online to get delivery out to Vermeer but apparently they won't do that. I called and am currently on hold... and have been for the last 30 minutes and I can't see why. Not worth ordering from ever. Breadeaux at least treats you like yourbusiness matters Read more
If you order during the day, you should be fine. Haven?t had issues during the day. In the evening, pfttt good luck, random no... deliveries, random shutting off online ordering and then not answering the phone. So pick when you want to order wisely. Read more
Pizza was cooked perfectly, toppings were spread evenly, and it was ready when they said it would be. What more could you ask... for? Awesome job Domino's guys and gals! Read more
Currently on hold for 20 minutes. Waited on hold for 20 minutes last night and no one answered. My last 2 out of 3 pizza's... have arrived cold. They forgot part of my last order. Then when they brought the forgotten part, it wasn't complete either. Idon't know what has happened to this location but it has gotten worst the longer they have been open. They randomly turn offthe ability to order online and have to call only to either have no one answer or be told they are closed. On several occasionsI called and was greeted by someone answering the phone with "Dominoes, We're Closed" and then just hanging up. Which was weirdsince it was 830pm one night and 10pm the second time and they close at midnight. I would not suggest this pizza place foranyone who has any other option. Read more
I was blown away at the extremely fast service and also the cleanliness of the establishment when I stepped inside. Beyond that,... the staff was so incredibly polite. Everyone made sure to asked if I had been helped as I waited for my order. The food wasdelicious also, but I would go back solely for the amazing service I was provided! Read more
We have eaten multiple times at Domino's in Pella since it opened. The food has been prepared accurately, quickly and tastes... absolutely delicious every time. We typically order pizza, bread and chicken bites every time. We have tried carry out, curbsidepickup, and delivery to our home. Every experience has been the same--perfection. We are so happy to have Domino's back in townand hope it is here to stay permanently this time! Read more
