Food was the the big thing you figure with prices going up you could get hot food or at least warm. But they where friendly
I've gone to this place several times. They get the orders wrong almost everytime. We ate inside not to long ago & they were... out of ice for their self help Ice machine. That whole area was a mess. The ketchup containers were basically empty & ketchupwas all over the place. Someone did come out& fill the ice (after we mentioned there wasn't any ice) but did not bother toclean the ketchup area up. The place was not busy at all. Dirty. Windows, floors, bathrooms, stall clogged and filled, walls soiled, I walked in went to bathroom to wash my hands, and... then left never ordered. This was at 9am. Read more
Service is good, but they remodeled and the seating is very uncomfortable. The older seating was good, why change. Also most of... the tables were dirty at 2:00. Come on guys at least try. Read more
Ordered two strawberry pies. I heard the employee behind the window say these are cold, and another employee say just give them... to her. They were indeed cold which makes me wonder how old they were! They didn't have the time written on them when they weremade like other places. Didn't even give me napkins in the bag. Read more
My father had oral surgery this morning and ordered online,amilkshake without whip cream for him.Pick up curbside.After 9... minutes I went insise .The shake had whip cream on itand we live across the street from McDonalda.Got my Dad in the door,removedthe whip and put a spoon in it.It ws milk or melted mix.When I called,line ws busy and call ould no go through.. I have literally never had a positive experience at the McDonald's. I'll say the almost always the person who takes the order is... usually very polite, however every single time I have ordered, I have a manager hand me the food, and they have terriblecustomer service. They just hand out food and shut the door while you are trying to talk to them. Great customer service is nothard to achieve yet it has slipped the grasp of the management team there consistently.
