I will start by saying most of the time my order is perfect. But, most of the time I order during the week. The weekday crew is... absolutely awesome! I ordered an Italian BMT bowl online today, Sunday June 13th. I ordered it with lettuce, shredded cheesemix, spinach, more pickles, green peppers, more banana peppers, spicy sriracha sauce and meat cut up. I put in the specialinstructions to cut up meat and add spicy sriracha sauce as the topping. I received spinach, a few pickles, very few greenpeppers, very few banana peppers, and SW Chipotle sauce. The bowl was about half full. If your employee?s don?t care to make mymeal the way I order it, let them go. This is so common in today?s world. It?s like they don?t even care. I was so excited to find a subway close to the square. I was instantly greeted. Great so far. I ordered my sandwich and the... gentleman taking my order was great. Then a lady took over at the veggie part. She was getting ready to put veggies on whenanother woman came in saying she had left her purse. So the worker making my sandwich, takes off one of her gloves and grabbedthe customers purse. Then she walks over and puts another glove on her hand. And proceeds to make my sandwich! She didn?t washher hands nor did she change both gloves. Then without even asking she grabs a handful of brown lettuce and puts it on mysandwich. Needless to say, I won?t be back. Read more
Great customer service! Bre was helpful navigating the new menu. Was welcoming and engaged in conversation. We had the MexiCali.... She let us know some people think the pepper jack is spicy but she didn?t. It was great. She let us do no onion on half the12?sandwich and even separated the halves for us. She also let us know we could get a 3rd cookie for just a penny more. That wasan easy decision. Good customer service is hard to find. Bre is excellent! Read more
