Will not be coming here again. Drive 30 minutes for kfc just to not get what I paid 55 dollars for. I asked for the 16 pc... tenders family meal and I get undercooked thighs and legs. I asked for two things of their fries and I get not even a full oneorder of fries but they are hard and nasty, Even got the sauces I wanted wrong. Was hoping our first not so great visit a couple months ago was a one off however, I was proven wrong. 30 minutes in the... drive-thru just to get home and have a wrong and incomplete order. Not sure what is happening at this location but this hasn'tbeen the norm at other locations. Seems like the location is under staffed, not prepared for the typical after work dinner rush,and not thorough with gathering complete orders. If this is a franchised location, the owners should take more pride inproviding a work environment where their team can succeed and not end up with reviews like this one. Read more

Very surprised by how neat and clean the restaurant was. I have been here in the past and it wasn?t and I haven?t been back in... awhile. I heard that they had new managers and that the service and food had improved so we decided to pick up dinner heretonight. Staff was very nice and food was great. You could tell that they were a little understaffed but the employees that werethere were working their butts off. And they were still do fast service and good food. Read more
Worst place ever! Drive a little farther and go to another one! Or better yet, pick something else to eat! Ordered online so it... would be ready for pickup. The doors were locked and there was a long line in the drive thru. Got in line and got to the speakerto order. Told her I had an online pickup and was told it would be 15 minutes or more. To go park. Since I paid online Icouldn't get my money back and go somewhere else. They shouldn't take online orders if you still have to go through the drivethru and wait! Finally got our food and got back home. The gravy was only half full, not enough for two potatoes. And out ofthe 12 piece chicken, only had 1 breast. It was mostly drumsticks and a couple of thighs. This is a Taco Bell and KFC combo restaurant. The food was fine once we got it. It seems they are short staffed perhaps(?) We... and about 15 other people were waiting for food about 20 minutes. Other customers were complaining and huffing and puffing. Thegirl at the register kept her cool, stayed friendly and upbeat despite the delay on chicken. I ordered the Crunch Supreme, itwas so thin and looked nothing like the picture. I regretted not getting the additional taco, because I thought the CrunchSupreme was going to definitely be enough. This is the worst KFC ever ,the food is dry and over cooked and we had to wait for 25 minutes to get so called fresh cooked... chicken plus they gave me the wrong order, and only half the order was in my bag. Plus the kids working don't know what is onmenu for the price. Also a customer started a fight with me for trying to make my order correct. On other occasions therestaurant has left parts of the order out claiming that they only give you one gravy for two mashed potato. This restaurant isalways nasty inside in the cooking area. This place is so nasty. I ordered 12 piece meal the chicken was dried out the mashed potatoes tasted like they used dirty dish... water to make them. Just horrible!!! All of it went in the trash I tried to call the manager of course no one was available. Close this nasty place down!!!!! Read more
