These people really need to get it together. We went inside and there was one person in front of us. My husband placed the order... and paid. There was one person taking drive through orders and inside orders. There were two people in the kitchen area but onlyone putting orders together. Several orders for the drive through after ours but they were taken care of first. A customer cameinside and no one was in line and he waited for a while and told us he was going to go through the drive through because hewould get his food so much faster. We still didn't have our food. When we finally got our order it wasn't right. The lady afterus they got her order wrong, too. The girl putting orders together told that lady that she was sorry but she was trying to do 3things at one time. Read more

They forgot to give us our 2 fries. We told her about the 2 orders of fries & she said she would bring them to our table. After... about 15 minutes I went & asked them for the fries & she said she forgot. They had no sodas just tea. My husband ordered Mac &cheese bowl & they gave him a mash potato bowl instead. Ordered 2 party packs, they scoffed like they can't count that high. Like it was unheard of. Paid for 24 tacos, after no less... than 35 minutes waiting for this UNGODLY amount of tacos, received maybe 6 whole tacos if you take several and add themtogether. It was a kfc/taco bell. From the get go not good. The employees acted like they didnt want to be there. All the tables were... dirty. The garbage was over flowing. Couldn't put our garbage in it. Had to just set it near the hole. Read more
Just don?t go. They have you by the balls here because they?re the only Taco Bell in a tiny town. They can be terrible and not... have to improve. Every time I get food here they mess it up. I wish we could have something decent in Pelzer for fast food butthey know there?s nothing here so it doesn?t have to be good.
