Panera continues to go downhill. Why I continue to order from them, only to then be disappointed, is beyond me. Their soups... used to be amazing and sandwiches full of fresh ingredients. Now both are meager attempts of what they once were...at a highercost. Our orders are wrong 9 out of 10 times and today, we actually had raw eggs and uncooked bacon on our breakfast sandwiches.It is like no one at the local locations, nor corporate, is actually paying attention. I predict we see Panera hit rock bottomw/ closures in the near future. This will not be sustainable. Read more

Don't order delivery. It will come via Doordash which is an awful company. They don't disclose it's Doordash who delivers or I... would not have even tried. Order comes about 20 min AFTER saying it was already delivered. Before it was dropped off I get acall from the driver asking what she should do with it?? Um ok. Leaves order bag wide open to the elements. Order is wrong witha piece missing from one of the bagels I didn't order. Everything that was supposed to be cold is not hot and gross. I'm now tooscared to eat any of it! Oh and there's no recourse like with most Doordash deliveries. Wrong order, doesn't come, restaurantis closed? Doesn't matter. All I could do is send an email which they still haven't responded to. I was willing to bringeverything back but I guess I'll throw everything out and lose the money...again. Thanks for nothing. Shocked and Disappointed. My boyfriend went to pickup our order and he received nothing but rude attitudes and no customer... service period. The two grown women working this afternoon, you should be ashamed of yourselves for acting as such in public. We?ve always loved Panera, but their quality has gradually been diminishing. Today we got group sized chicken soup and wild rice... chicken. Both large containers were filled with 80% broth, a few noodles, and not enough chicken for one person! This is not thefirst time, and other issues, such as being late on orders and running out of items like bread (at a place named Panera BREAD!)have been happening more often.
