Dining room was closed for some reason? Not limited to this location, but for some reason I NEVER get hot sauce packets
Didn?t get half of our order but paid for it. Tacos we got had at best 2tbs of meat in them. By the time we figured it out and... came back the line was outrageous and the inside was locked. Would love a refund. Read more
Every time I go to this location in pembroke they say through the speaker they?re not open?.. I went once at 10:30am and it... says they are open at 10am on Saturdays and the other time I went was 11am? I don?t understand why they are always closed butare in there and able to tell me they are not open. The website is misleading saying they are open at 10am but when I go between10:30 and 11am they are not . Will not be wasting my time any more going there to be told their closed . Place is a hit or a miss?most of the time a miss. While employees are almost always pleasant and nice, the portions of the meals... for the price do not match up. I ordered 2 soft potato tacos and each one came with 4 potatoes in them, so I basically paid forthe tortillas they were in. Just disappointing getting home and realizing I?ll have to make dinner since my portion was a snackl. Read more
Been going downhill for a bit now, forgetting items here n there. Last time I got it I did a large order and a ~5$ item got... swapped out for a soft taco. This time I ordered 2 grilled cheese burritos and they were correct but wrapped in the wrong paperso the cheese on top got ripped off on both of them. There always seems to be a very large line, but they are pretty quick aboutgetting the food out when you get up to the window. Went to drive through for a late lunch. Got the 5 layer burrito. There was a good amount of filling but because it was all in... the middle the burrito was not good as a "bite the end" while wrapped burrito. I needed a fork and didn't have one. Next timeI will know to ask. The flavor was bland as well but I think based on ingredients that is to be expected. I added spicy sauceto flavor. Otherwise the drive through was efficient and friendly, store area looked clean. Read more
