Ordered a sub and a salad online, went into the store to pick it up when I received notification that it had been made just to... get there and the store be CLOSED. Ashley stated that they charge for extra bellpeppers. Giving only 6 pieces does not look like the picture. And she busted out... saying you got enough for 3 sandwiches. I didn't get any other vegetable. I did however watched how she gave another customerafter me more. But when did Subway charge double? Plus I couldn't get a drink the machine was down. I would have been happier ifshe wasn't nasty and clap back that since my manager has been here we've always charged double for extra vegies. If that's wasthe case then the last time I was here ordering the same she said well I am going to start charging double. I believe going outof town for Subway is best from now on. I'm not exaggerating when I say this place is run by the absolute lowest of the low. They are incapable of making a sandwich in... less than 10 minutes because most of the workers stay in the back and talk the whole time. There are flies everywhere duringthe summer, and the managers must be doing next to nothing to train their employees because they never seem to know what's goingon. Every week, there's a new set of employees, and they're always even more incapable than the last. It's not that hard to puta sandwich together guys... Read more
My son attends UNCP so when we visit him we have to eat. This Subway location, as far as customer service, is awesome. I've been... to this location twice. This subway never has anything. Tonight I wanted a wrap and they said they were frozen and were not going to take any more wraps... out. They are going to be open for another 3 hrs! How in the world is this place still open? Just go to Laurinburg or lumberton.This is not it. Also the young worker had her ear buds in and did not even care I was in there.
