Terrible service, had to stop taking orders 17 minutes after opening because 4 customers was too much for them
Waited for 15mins. $15 dollars foods came out look like this and taste terrible. This is the last time never again
The burgers are just, okay. The problem I have is their rootbeer, I have asked many people to tadte it, they all say its iced... tea. It's the a&w rootbeer, dissapointed in how bad it tastes as their rootbeer being soo good is meant to be their lead sellingpoint. Read more

Monica is amazing, always incredibly friendly and goes the extra mile for her customers, HOW EVER under new management the... customer service from newest employees is garbage. Every other time I order, my food is wrong. The new cashiers will chat withtheir friends instead of serving you, and are very rude and inexperienced. Not happy at all Read more
Don't waste your time. As indicated by others the hours aren't accurate. Open until 9pm, nope closed at least by 7pm today. Both... google and their own A&W website state they should be open until 9pm. They don't care enough to keep their hours updated up todate or seem to understand they waste people time being the only A&W in the area. Other reviewers have mentioned driving fromHwy 17 only to find out how little they care about customers. Read more
After spending $30 on 2 meals our burgers were cold and tasted gross. Told the cashier the burgers were cold and she asked me... what I wanted her to do about it. I told her to make sure the next customers burgers weren't cold! Also watched our fries getcold waiting on our burgers. This place is definitely in need of new management and new employees. Read more
From an out of town traveler - the entire experience was terrible ??mozza burger and fry ??waited exactly 30 minutes, at 25... minutes I asked, please, when do I get my food?
