The old management leaves and the whole restaurant tanks? Did you bring in professional morons to run the place? Absolutely... horrendous, maybe get some good people back in to work there, sad. Read more
I went there to get a bucket of 10 and a bucket of 14. I couldn't tell what part of the chicken I was eating, it wasn't cut... right. It was greasy. I always went here rather than Renfrew. I will not be going back to either one. Read more

Very confusing. I ordered 6 dark meat and got home to see there was 6 white. Fries were cold. Salad fine

Walked in at 5:25 my online order was supposed to be ready for 5:28 I had the boneless chicken box ordered with large sides... online and a pop. I waited till 5:30 for the lady to ask what I wanted for a substitute for the side they did not have so Ipolitely asked for 2 chicken tenders seeing as I had the other sides already. She okayed that. I waited again till 5:48 got myorder no drink ? got back home chicken was cold like it was off to the side for 40 min and the sides were in shot glass sizecontainers with labels that said they were expired tomorrow morning? went back quickly noticed a sighn on the door sayingclosing at 6 (it?s 5:57 now) doors are locked people inside so I waited for someone to come out and I went in and asked for mymoney back they took the bag of chicken told me to call their store number for a refund?. It?s closed now no answer so I?m out45 bucks and have no food. KFC well played Read more

Pretty shocking a KFC doesn't allow delivery especially when you have doordash in the area. Also something ive noticed is this... place apparently closes at 9pm but you can't make orders after 7? what's that about...? Read more

Girl standing behind counter gawked at us and didn?t say anything as I looked at the menu. Then she came out and said ?are you... planning to order something?? At 8:15 pm we were told that they won?t be making any more chicken because they are closing soon.They close at 9. Very strange place, not sure what?s going on here. Read more

This place is honestly touch and go. I used to go to the Petawawa one (which is no longer there as they were amazing). I found... the chicken here to always be extremely greasy (where petawawa always had them on a heat lamp draining tray to remove the restof the grease). The staff is always changing and don?t seem to enjoy their jobs. A number of times I have went and got popcornchicken and they literally only had ketchup or bbq sauce for dips nothing else. The wait times is short which is nice but it?sprobably why the food is so greasy. The fries are hardly ever crispy unless you catch them on a not so busy time. Read more

Ordered a 2 PC dark meal, and my mother ordered a 2 PC white meal, plus gravy, and 2 salads as sides. The meal was served hot,... and staff was pleasant and courteous. Restaurant was clean and well maintained. I was sad that there is no dine in options yet,but hopefully that will begin again soon. Read more
