Instead of concentrating on your KIOSKS and DRIVE THRU maybe pay attention to people lined up at your counters...when did... providing face to face service become such a chore for fast food restaurant...as someone on the cusp of the boomer generation, Ifeel bad for older patrons who like myself don't like the KIOSKS. I feel that McDonalds is losing any appeal because the servicekeeps getting worse and the prices keep going up while the food selections remain pretty much the same. When I told the linemanager that her employees should still greet the customers and or at least make eye contact with the employees she seemedconfused. It's part of the customer experience. Acknowledging the presence of the customer is part of customer service is a HUGEpart of the SERVICE part that too many stores ignore. Hell I remember when the order boards weren't constantly moving and youcould read the menu without waiting for it to cycle back to place your order. I also remember there was a free item on theboards...it was SMILES. Good times...are they over or can McDonalds take notes and bring back quality service? Read more

Aside from a very disorganized and dated location it is a typical McDonald’s Today however, I purchased a breakfast and coffee... combo I drink my coffee black, I am aware it is hot. These new Christmas cups are horrible. About fifteen minutes into my drive,I reach down to take a sip of coffee as by now it should have cooled enough to consume. Well the first red flag should have beenthe lid popping off. After reattaching the lid, I pick the cup up again and have the cup fold in my hand and pour still pippinghot coffee all over me and my car. My beef is, either double cup a black coffee OR go back to the double walled cups. Read more

Stopped in around 230am on my way to catch a flight in Ottawa. The employee was very kind and polite. Had quite possibly the... BEST sausage n egg Mcmuffin of my life! Great stuff for such an early time of day ???? Read more

The woman who helped us was extremely rude, more than once. When we asked for a refund because we didn’t know why we were... being treated this way, the woman, who turned out to be the manager shouted out “OH GOD”! When we requested a refund, Iasked to have my visa refunded as that was my method of payment. She then looked me in the eye, hit a button on her register andyelled “OOPS! I already have your refund in cash. She refused to credit my card. I asked why she felt it was ok to be so rudeto people. “This is the way it is now, we’re short staffed. Your lucky you were served at all”! Unbelievable. Used to comeoften with my toddler for a happy meal, will never be back. And to yell at me this way Infront of my toddler son. Went in with my toddler and couldn’t find a clean high chair. Politely asked the manager if she could wipe one down for me.... She responded with “we’re very understaffed but fine” when she came back she rudely told us to take our food. I politelyasked for a refund because I changed my mind and was shocked by her rudeness. She rolled her eyes and said “really?” Thenproceeded to tell me about how understaffed and busy they are. I told her I understood- as I also spent time working inrestaurants. She said i didn’t understand I was lucky to even be served. She continued to go on about how busy they were andbasically she doesn’t have to be nice to customers. We paid credit but she made a mistake and just threw our cash on thecounter. Shocking behaviour from a manager. Read more

We did the drive thru which was very busy .The staff were very friendly and helpful. We ordered bacon on our chicken burger... which was missing but it was delicious so not too concerned .I feel for people in food service industry as it's busy and peoplelike the one guy in front of us have no patience and he was rude . Our food was good and the girls at the window were superfriendly and efficient .We will be back. Read more

Jammed up inside service to receive your order. Waited 12 minutes for them to pour a medium black coffee!! Best to use table... service so you're not just standing around with the mob of customers waiting for their orders. Read more

Not so great this time ???? The other day I got a couple coffees through drive-through. I even watch as Wendy checked lids were... on good. Then they were passed to me. All was good, I thought, until I picked cup up by lid and rin of cup. The bottom let go,over my lap! Who'd ever think that would happen? As it happens this wasn't the first time it's happened to me. However it wasthe first time it happened to me and while on my way to work. I should have learned from last time it happened! At least ithappened in parking lot, on my way in to office. That time only my pants suffered. Anyway I digress... if I had just learnedfrom my previous occurrence! I wouldn't have had to stand under the hand dryers for about 20 minutes to dry off. They was a tinyforgiveness because this morning I put on black jeans and a black golf shirt. There only ones that new were the ones I told. Wechuckled as the day past. As a follow-up if McDonald's is considering a new cup style maybe it can happen soon rather thanlatter ???? Anyway I like your coffee! Most times it hot and perfect, maybe 10 minutes with the lid popped and then the coffeeis ready to drink. Also I don't look for perfection in myself so I don't look for it in others. Everyone has bad days! Again Ilike your coffee and I'm not a fan of your cup and lid. ???? Read more
