Absolutely the worst customer service ever and sloth paced employees. Don?t acknowledge customers in line when they will be a... moment and are super unorganized and messy. Place is disgusting behind the counter and the employee who I assume is the?manager? on shift (wears a black hat, glasses and black curly hair) is ignorant and unprofessional. Customers shouldn?t have towait 25 min in line while the employee stare at you and don?t even say oh we?ll just be one moment we are busy and shortstaffed. And don?t even greet you when you order just want do you want. Owner should be embarrassed and ashamed of theirrestaurant! Also this place needs to be hit with a health inspection and a secret shopper and the kid as I described needs to befired. Very dirty. The tables had garbage and food everywhere and all over the floors. I ordered a Quarter pounder and asked if they... could add tomatoes, they said they didn?t have any, ok no worries. I opened my burger and it had no pickles no onions and nosauce. The fries were hard and the chicken nuggets tasted off. Read more

Thermal was great, I had a big Mac meal deal with medication fries and a regular fountain coke. However, the employees were... bringing their personal issue to the floor and at the counter proceeded to tell every single person that came into theestablishment about their situation. It provided entertainment but to the detriment of the employee as she was too busy tellingone customer of her plight and got another's order wrong and blamed it on the customer. One thing that should be taught is notto bring your issues to the floor or the counter. Read more

Service was very good. Limited menu. Drink machine had less options. Seating area was clean and not busy. Fries were overly... salted but very fresh. The rating is more about the restaurant than staff. Staff get a five star rating for my visityesterday. Friendly, courteous and professional. Made sure I was aware of any wait times and that I had my correct ordereditems. Read more
This MacDonald today was really bad. I love MacDonald's. Ordered the sausage egg macmuffin with a small coffee. The clerk said... sorry we don't have cream. ( I ordered with cream and sugar on the side) . So I said forget the coffee. Just when my order wascoming, someone orders coffee triple triple and got it. Clerk never offered me that option to put cream in it there. Best if allwhen I got home and opened up order, the muffin was burnt black and hard as a rock. Could not eat it. I was the only customerthere besides the man that ordered triple triple. What a disappointment for Walmart MacDonald. The manager made the muffin andwrapped it up.
