Terrible experience, will not go back, would not recommend. Our party had made reservations for a Tuesday night for 10-15... people. At the time of reservation weeks before our dinner, we did not have a final number to confirm for our party, so weestimated the 10-15. No problems yet. Cut to our dinner, when we arrive with 10 guests. Upon arrival we were immediatelyconfronted by our waitress, urging that we had reserved for 15 guests and will be charged $25 per person that does not arrive,regardless of our parties total spend for the evening. This was NEVER communicated to the party member who made the reservation.For an extremely uncomfortable 10-15 min, our waitress combatted any effort we made to understand the situation. She detailedthat the restaurant made a confirmation call and left a message to relay the possibility of charges if we did not confirm ourparty size. We did not receive this call. After going back and forth, the waitress was able to confirm that they called thewrong number for the confirmation. Trying not to let this combative start ruin our evening, we ordered drinks and food andappetizers - more than enough to suffice our ?missing? party members share. Minutes after our order went in, our waitressremoved all sections of our table that were not used, totalling two 4 tops, and prepared them for other guests. Odd, consideringwe ?reserved them?. Within minutes she sat new guests with ?our? seats. At the end of our evening, almost having forgottenabout the charge considering they did indeed use all of our unused seating, the waitress approached us with our bills and DIDcharge us the penalty! After calling the wrong number to confirm our reservation AND using all of our extra seats, they chargedus the penalty! We asked why they felt the need to charge us and the guests who used our seats, and they waitress replied thatthey ?took too many reservations tonight and needed the extra seats? - what a blunt lie! A must if you're in Pembroke! The vibe, the team. the food, the wines - so cozy and well kept! Was just visiting from Montreal... with my parents & husband and our lunch here was just spot on. This was our only restaurant stop during our week away as I LOVEto cook too, and it was simply the best! Huge thanks to the incredible staff and to Katie for being the best waitress wecould've asked for - thanks for teaching us how to pour a Guiness! It?s very nice to have a restaurant like this in Pembroke!!! Wow never disappoint? the food, the service and the waiters are... always on point. Took out of town friends and work visitors there and they always leave happy. Prices are fair as well. Thepopcorn idea while you wait for your food is cute and unique very nice. The chefs daily special pasta is 10/10 tries threedifferent ones at different days and no complain. Now the cheesecakes.. all I can say it?s a dangerous cheese cake place. Overall great experience. Food was good. Drinks were good. Nice courtyard. They cook their meals from scratch. Seemed like... good quality produce. For dessert we had sticky toffee pudding. Yum is the best way to describe it. We made a reservation andpicked 1.5 hour slot. We were there for just over an hour. I suggest you call ahead to ensure you get outside. Read more

Excellent restaurant. Every dish that everyone in our party of 10 had was excellent. Mushroom goat cheese croustini was so... good..Louisiana shrimp, amazing, a few had steaks, excellent. Service was superb. I am so happy to have found this gem, which Iwill be returning to on every visit to Pembroke. So happy. What an excellent night. Read more
I went to the Courtyard for my 30th birthday and it was nothing short of amazing. The atmosphere is unmatched.The food and drink... menu was great. Although, the best part of the experience was the amazing service that Eddie provided. She gave us excellentrecommendations and had us laughing every time she came to check on our table. The Courtyard has great food and service that youcan?t get anywhere else in Pembroke! Highly recommend trying this restaurant for your next meal out! Read more
