Just drive to a different location or better yet a different restaurant. There is never a manager on, the kids working are not... trained and clueless. Wait times are awfully long and most times your order is wrong. Going inside is a waste of time as thewait time is longer. Staff huff and puff when having to actually make an order. If Google had zero stars this establishmentwould get zero. West end Tims is by far more interested in making customers happy Update: I went in this early morning, shortlyafter 06:30 as I was in a hurry to get to work I ordered and waited at the end of the counter. A woman comes out from the backarea carrying boxes and whatever, she saw there was a food order and quickly put down what she had on her hands and went rightto work making my food She did not change her gloves When I spoke up, eye rolls and ugly facial expressions were on her face. If your a customer that can't live without their coffee then definitely the place to be.
Very slow service. Waited 15 minutes in libe to be served. Staff did not appear to want to be working. Parking lot was... difficult to get in and out of as the drive through lane was blocking most of it. Read more
Orders a simply sausage biscuit. Get charged $5.00 and then handed a biscuit with just egg on it :/ Several months later I... come back and order a roast beef craveable. Get handed one with half a piece of chicken on it and some lettuce. Awful service. Read more
Love Tim Hortons , but this location has been awfully brutal , the wait time is awful ,I?ve sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes... with only 5 cars ahead of me , everytime I order something they never have anything , doughnuts , timbits , ect . and my orderis constantly wrong ! Read more
This is one high traffic Timmies, yet is still fairly clean and organized. The coffee tasted fresh and the produce was good too.... There was a good representation of all the variable products for purchase as well. Good job folks. Read more
Average wait time when I am lucky enough to get service at all is 45 minutes for 1 drink. They also believe that you only... deserve to shop there if you own a vehicle as I was refused service for not having a vehicle. The manager also refused to speakto customers about what was happening a lady even tried to get her mobile order and was unable. IF STAFFING WAS THE ISSUE THENIT SHOULDVE BEEN WALK IN ONLY NOT DRIVE THRU PPL WITH CARS ARE ABLE TO COME INSIDE NOT EVERYONE WHO WALKS INSIDE OWNS A VEHICLEITS CLASSIST AND DISGUSTING THAT A MULTI-BILLION DOLLAR COMPANY LIKE TIM HORTONS CAN GET AWAY WITH DISCRIMINATION LIKE THIS. Good coffee. But the down town store is filled with crack heads over dosing in the bathrooms.
