Lack of options I've never gone to a tims without an everything or sesame seed bagel two of the most basic popular ones. Most... places I go are sold out but they don't even stock it. Food was freshly made and the good service we received, specially from Swati (?), was refreshing.
I just went to the west end location. My husband pulled up to the order window with no one ahead of us in the drive threw. We... waited 5 minutes without being served. We said hello, nothing? a car pulled up and they were served right away. My husband wasfrustrated and let the person taking our order know. When we pulled up to the window he was told by Bret ?the supervisor? theywould not serve us. You may want to train your staff on how to serve the drive threw more efficiently. Apologizing for the longwait would have been a start. If you make people wait for 5 minutes to order when no one is ahead of them and then serve a carthat just pulled up, expect frustrated customers. Your drive through is stressful and make people frustrated. Try hiringsupervisors who know how to run a drive through and can de escalate unhappy customers. Not happy. You have lost our business. When u show up at 6am and thru have no eggs every day is pretty sad , drive thru takes forever . Tim Hortons pay a decent wage... train ur staff and hire more people slowest service I've seen in a long time . Read more
I believe the lady who served me was named Swati, I was blown away by how polite she was! I?ve never been talked to and treated... so nicely from any fast food or restaurant establishments. Her kindness made my day! Food was also delicious! Read more
The kids at this Tim Hortons mess up my coffee quite often. it's now November 18th 3:15 p.m. The store manager is the one that... made my coffee she didn't even mix it sugar was all at the bottom I noticed this driving away from the store. Like I have aspoon with you right now to mix it up. P no wonder the people working under her or not doing their job properly. Read more
20 mins for no coffee in the drive through. Just sad. Never ever got a coffee. That?s all you do!
