Made a large order, and we're disappointed. ***This is the first bad experience I have had at this location. -Ordered 4... whoppers, they were all missing lettuce and wrapped in a strange plain white paper. -Ordered two chicken sandwiches which werealso wrapped in white paper (sandwich was good) -Ordered 4 large onions rings and 2 large fries. They all came as sizesmall. -Ordered two orders of chicken fries, which were smashed into a small fry bag, not a chicken fry box. -Asked for mayo,and told they didn't have any. Read more
Great location near the corner of Pines Blvd. and University Drive. Ordered a Whopper and medium fries- didn't disappoint. The... inside is spacious with plenty of tables and chairs along with the paper crowns to make you feel like a king or queen. I didn'tput one on though due to afraid of catching lice or something else from other people's heads. Other than that recommend this BKlocation. Read more
Ordered a sausage biscuit and 5pc French toast and it was the worse. Food was rock hard and didn?t even get syrup for French... toast. Never going back. Read more
Just like a review mentioned below me, these guys made the most flame broiled burgers I've tasted at BK. Piping hot and fresh.... They have fresh nuggets on hand a lot too and they hit different when they're hot. Read more
This is one of the slowest And most unprofessional inconsiderate inconsiderate workers at this job this the Spanish woman she... seems like to be the manager we waited over 45 minutes to get our food and we didn't even get a sorry for the long wait. She hada disgruntled face while giving me My order I will never come back to this Burger King ever again they said it was short staffbut 45 minutes and to have attitude thrown at you it's one of the worst experiences ever. For the first time I actually tasted the flame broiled ???? might have been a little stronger than I needed but burgers were... nice and fresh onion rings were piping hot and crunchy and woman at the window was friendly. Can't ask for more than that at9:30 at night! Great visit is pretty consistent here. Read more
The new chking, was awful. Was cold, like it was sitting around all day. It was like leather maybe was a recook. But at 11:00 @... night this is the garbage they give you. This is the second time with their new chicken sandwich that had issues, maybe theydont know how to cook them yet. The girl at the drive thru ordering screen was super rude. We arrived at 9:10 pm when they close at 12 am. We told her that we... were waiting on the code to load on the app for the coupon and she rudely said "We close in 5 minutes." We asked if we couldgive the coupon at the window, and she rudely said "No, no, no." Meanwhile there was no one behind us in the drive thru. Nevergoing to this location again. Read more
