Second time in a couple of weeks I visit this location and the manager tells me ? The broiler is down we can?t cook any meat,... there?s only fried food.? I honestly think it is because I tried to use a coupon code for a family meal. Seems this is the newnorm at this location. It?s sad to see a once great establishment like this deteriorate to poor service and an always ?brokenbroiler.? It?s like this is BK?s version of the McDonalds Ice Cream machine. Read more
Good Burgers, but need to expedite orders. Too much talking in kitchen, no sense of urgency; their order speaker/microphone has... a lot of static, and can't understand what attendees say. Read more
Poor service, the burger was saggy and the person at the window was very rude, I believe he was the manager or one of the... managers. He never greeted me and when I said hello he cut me short. He was also yelling at the employees. Very bad experienceand terrible food. If you want a quick burger do not go to this location. Read more
This place is a solid 4 stars, of course I can't rate a 5 star because it's fast food and not exactly the best but if your don't... care for that then this is a great place, ordering and customer service are really good and orders are always correct, the onlyreason it isn't a high 4 starts is because they usually take a few hours to clean tables and I have to tell them to clean them,but they always do it and the employees and especially the manager. Fast and polite staff, food was made fast and without mistakes (something difficult to find this days). Whopper Jr. Was cooked... perfectly, the perfect serving does not have the huge amount of calories a big Mac has, yet great flavour, small fries are alsothe perfect size. The price is also perfect for the size of the meal. Location was not busy at all and I was out of there within5 min. Plenty of space to park too, you don't have to fight for a spot here. Read more
Tried the Impossible Whopper for the first time and was actually impressed. I'd rather order this over the beef Whopper... honestly. I got one as-is and one with Stacker sauce. I don't really get fast food often but will probably end up subbing anyburger with an Impossible patty in the future. I also look forward to trying a couple of their breakfast options with Impossiblemeat. Only gripe with this location is that it seems like the in-store plexiglass makes it harder to hear customers. Not reallya big deal, just speak loud and clear and be patient. It's not the employees fault they have a giant slab of plastic between youand them, hah. Read more
I really like this Burger King, it would have been a five star rating except for one thing...food, especially today (breakfast... time), was awesome-made to order Whopper with cheese and fries! I normally eat breakfast stuff during morning times, especiallyat BK, for the croissant sandwich! But I have been craving a Whopper of some kind for a while...and since I don't get out a lot,and over here, since it's kinda out of the way....I've been building up a super craving! And that might be why it tasted sooooooincredible today...but then again, the fries were awesome too! I've never been disappointed with the food here, or theservice....but the one thing that takes that last star away-the inside and the play ground always seems like it needs a faceliftof some kind....it always seems clean, but needs a little upating. The manager Dennis was pretty rude when i asked if they do military discount is just a question and he was rude to my question... saying why you need that? We dont do that here.
