As hot as it is no ice in my cup. Probably because I told her I wanted lemonade and tea mixed. They only had lemonade in there... so she must have poured out the lemonade along with my ice just to put tea in there. Smh Read more
Not sure what the hype and Ling line is about.. the quality of the chicken nuggets both fried and unfried is awful.. they get an... extra star for the waffle fries and chicken filet sauce. Salad is boring. Fried chicken sandwich was good the first time anddry and shriveled the second... not sure yet about it. Read more
I?ve purchased meals at this locations multiple times and today I ordered 3 meals and the wait was very long. I was told that... the grilled sandwich takes longer to make, so I asked for the kids meals. We received the kid?s meal and to our surprise theygave us the meal without any nuggets. So I waited some more for the grilled sandwich and nothing. So, I asked for a refund andto my surprise again they refused to give me a refund. I spoke to different managers and even the operator Myka who advised thatthey do not offer refunds. Not to mention theirs no signs warning customers of no refund. This particular Chick-fil-A inside the Pembroke Pines Mall is totally and completely chaotic. Employees were joking around and... walking/ wondering around cluelessly. The area was a mess including the card swiper had dried up soda on it. Looks like having agood swag was more importnat than having good customer service. By far one of the worse restaurants I've reviewed this year. Nodisprespect but this a leadership issue starting with the shift manager as he seemed lost and overwhelmed. Please save thislocation and bring back its reputable franchise. Stay away until they hire new employees and supervisor. ???????? Read more
Chick fil a is very good fast food chicken and this location did an excellent job. The chicken and fries were fresh. The cashier... was friendly and inviting. I have nothing bad to say. Read more
Awesome waffle fries and chicken strips
Need to do better inside when order. My bag was sitting in front of me for about 10 minutes until I asked about my order then... they say "oh its right here". Maybe say the name on the bag before walking off. Read more
