Food was good. But I noticed that now they cut 1 breast in 3 to make 3 small bowls :( also they cut the pita 4 ways. Used to be... cut in half :(... and I noticed that some times they'll add the beans over the chicken and rice :( should be beans over rice,then add the chicken. Read more
Theee absolute nastiest Chicken Kitchen I?ve ever been to. Every time I attempt to go there I get there and leave. The place is... nasty. They don?t wear gloves and all of the food is all mixed together. The counter they sit the chicken on to chop it up isfilthy. I?m calling code enforcement. Read more

Their food is always fresh,theirs many options.Chicken kitchen is healthy too.My only issue with them is the prices at time.
I gave it 2 stars only because I work in hospitality and know what the industry is going through. I couldn?t communicate with a... single employee, they no longer carry white rice (which I knew) but the brown rice was hard, dry, and obviously old. They nolonger give you pita bread (which I requested and was told no) and the prices went up. I paid $28 for a large Cuban chop chopand one original (just rice and chicken). I picked out the chicken and made my own rice since this was so inedible. My husbandand I both agreed never again. Sad cause we loved this place. Read more
These people don't deserve to have their jobs. How careless and oblivious do you have to be to not remove the stickers from... your produce before chopping it and serving it to your customers? I had to delete my previous 1-star review from 8 months agojust to leave another one because of this. Every time I try to give this place another chance they leave me disappointed, I'mdone trying. The place used to be good. I don't know what happened. Way too expensive for what you get; they are very stingy with the... portions. Chicken is always dry. The rice is hard and shelly. Customer service is par at best. I feel like they get annoyed whenyou ask them questions. Don't think I'll be back for a while. On a positive note, they have very clean bathrooms. Going in isn't too bad, but don't order pickup. They will give you smaller portions of dry chicken than if you wait in line.
