Food is good, service is fast, prices are fair, and they use mainly cardboard and aluminum disposables and few plastic items... lids and utensils. Which is great compared to other places. The restaurant is nice, but definitely it needs to be much cleaneror at least taking the trash out more frequent to avoid overflowing. Being a national chain and in the food industry theyshould have standard procedures for cleaning, may be is lack of good management! Read more
Crazy that a place this large and such a big company doesn?t look at these reviews and change anything about the restaurant or... the management. 4pm on this visit and what a full Send disaster . Music in the dining area not on so you can hear the kitchenstaff cell phone playing there ratchet music with explicit words . The workers talking about customers who were complainingabout there incorrect order and laughing . Multiple people walked into the restaurant with food in their hands whether it wasfrom a to go order that was picked up or delivery, but the order was wrong . The counter was so nasty at the bottom of the bowlwas just saturated with food. After waiting in 20 minutes to get to the window to order been informed it will be 10 minutes ifyou?re getting chicken on your bowl because they forgot the cook it . What a dump. My wife wanted it they couldn't have given away for free for me to take! Outrageous management. If this was my... store I would have shut it down immediately for further business and taken over the helm immediately. Sanitation is a foreignword here for sure. I was craving Chipotle for quite a time. Ordered a bowl, with carnitas and chicken. Delicious as expected
Today we order 4 bowls for pick up and they didn?t even tried. We have few ingredients in our bowl and still mange todo this.... The chicken I not even half a portion nor the other ingredients except for the sour cream.I?m eating rice. All our bowls thesame. Read more
So I order food on the app and had it delivered since I was at work at that given moment and they put lettuce instead of... guacamole. I called to let them know and the girl who I spoke with refuse to let me speak to a manager. This isn?t the firsttime that they messed up on an order and gave me a bad attitude. You get three stars just because of your new policy. You're holding chips for online orders and not catering to those customers... that are here onsite getting their food. My review is specifically about the process of ordering for pick-up. If you are looking for convenience to pick up a meal, no... matter the time or day, do not come here. Whenever I have scheduled an order for pick-up through the Chipotle app, this locationhas consistently failed to have my order ready at the scheduled time I select. This has happened no matter if I select thefastest time or even an hour later for pick-up. I will go to the restaurant and have to wait 45 minutes AFTER my scheduled timefor my food to be ready. What is the purpose of being able to order my food ahead of time if it's never on time? You're muchbetter off just waiting in line as you will definitely get your food faster and you can make sure your order is correct too. Iwill no longer come to this location and do not recommend it to anyone who needs to order a quick lunch or dinner. Read more
